Terms of Use

Effective July 20, 2026

These terms cover your use of the What's Up SETX website (whatsupsetx.com and its subdomains) and newsletter. By reading, subscribing, or otherwise using them, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance of Terms

Using this site or subscribing to the newsletter means you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, the fix is simple: don't use the site, and unsubscribe from the newsletter (there's a link in every edition).

Intellectual Property

The What's Up SETX name, logo, and original content — articles, guides, newsletters, and graphics — belong to What's Up SETX. You're welcome to share links to our content anywhere. Republishing substantial portions of it without permission is not okay. For reprint or partnership requests, email info@whatsupsetx.com.

Acceptable Use

Use the site the way you'd expect a neighbor to. Don't scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, don't attempt to break into any part of it, and don't use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the site or newsletter after changes means you accept them.
